Ingredients

100 g almonds, chopped
150 g sugar
175 g salted butter
125  whipping cream
1 pinch(es) salt

Instructions

Toast the almonds in a dry pan until golden. Take out of the pan and set aside.

Caramelize the sugar in the pan. Deglaze with the cream and add butter and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Fold in the almonds.

Fill the mixture into a loaf pan, lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

Turn over the toffee onto another parchment paper and cut into pieces, the size of your choice.
