The Dutch baby recipe is a delightful and easy-to-make breakfast dish that hails from Germany. It is a cross between a pancake and a popover, resulting in a puffy and golden creation that is both crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This recipe requires only a handful of ingredients, including eggs, flour, milk, and butter, making it a perfect choice for a lazy weekend brunch. The Dutch baby is typically served with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, syrup, or even savory toppings like bacon and cheese.
