Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
6 Tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Toppings:
3 cups strawberries
honey
sour cream
powdered sugar
brown sugar
Instructions:

Place butter in a 9-inch ovenproof pan and put into an oven preheated to 425 degrees. Let the butter melt and start to bubble. Meanwhile, beat the eggs, milk, sugar, flour, and salt until smooth. Remove the pan from the oven and pour the mixture all at once in the hot pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into wedges and top with the toppings listed above.

Serves: 4 to 6 as a brunch entree or 6 to 8 as a dessert.
