Ingredients
Brie Cheese, diced
Turkey ham, diced
1 or 2 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
ground pepper to taste
red, yellow or green peppers, diced (optional)
tarragon to taste (optional)
Pam spray
Instructions:

Dice brie cheese and turkey ham, layer in bottom of ramekin, (sprayed with Pam). Add one-two whole eggs or egg substitute. Pour heavy cream over egg layer. Top with fresh ground pepper. Bake in 350 degree oven in a pan of water for 30-45 minutes. (For brunch, add diced red, yellow, or green peppers and tarragon).
