Zucchini with tomatoes and cheddar recipe details
Ingredients
2 | zucchini, sliced |
100 g | canned tomatoes, cubed |
150 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
4 | green onions, chopped |
olive oil |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150░C.sautee chopped onions in some oil. Add zucchini and tomatoes and continue to cook until vegetables are soft and heated through.
Pour into an oven proof dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in oven until cheese has melted.
