Zucchini stuffing recipe details
Ingredients
4 medium | zucchini, peeled, diced |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
120 g | bread crumbs |
60 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
olive oil | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine zucchini, onion, bread crumbs, grated cheese and garlic in a casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Pour in oil and toss to coat.Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cover casserole dish and bake for 50-55 minutes.
Serve as a side dish or use as stuffing.
