Ingredients
250 g | natural yogurt |
1 tbsp | gelatin |
2 tbsp | water |
90 g | graham cracker crumbs |
60 ml | orange juice |
1 tbsp | honey |
For the topping: | |
150 g | kiwi, peeled, sliced |
150 g | peaches, sliced |
150 g | blueberries |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Combine crumbs and orange juice and toss until well coated.
Press into an greased pie plate. Bake for 5-7 minutes and then cool completely.
Combine gelatin and cold water and let stand 5 minutes. Microwave gelatin mixture 1-2 minutes, until clear.
Stir gelatin and honey into the yogurt. Mix thoroughly. Spread the yogurt mixture over the bottom of the baked pie. Put yogurt tart in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Arrange fruit on top and chill for at least one hour before serving.
