Ingredients

2 large	egg whites
100 g	sugar
1 tbsp	ginger bread spice
1 tbsp	anise seeds

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 130°C. Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Still whisking, add sugar, ginger bread spice and anise seeds.

Line a baking tray with baking paper. With a teaspoon place small dollops of the beaten egg whites on the tray. Bake for 60 – 90 minutes, then turn the heat off and let the meringues cool over night in the oven.
