Ingredients
2 large | egg whites |
100 g | sugar |
1 tbsp | ginger bread spice |
1 tbsp | anise seeds |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 130°C. Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Still whisking, add sugar, ginger bread spice and anise seeds.Line a baking tray with baking paper. With a teaspoon place small dollops of the beaten egg whites on the tray. Bake for 60 – 90 minutes, then turn the heat off and let the meringues cool over night in the oven.
