Ingredients

24 wonton wrappers, yellow
24 wonton wrappers, white
oil spray
sea salt
mixed Italian herbs

For the tomato dip:
2 ripe tomatoes
4 clove(s) garlic
6 basil leaves
salt and pepper
olive oil

For the avocado dip:
2 ripe avocados
½ onion
1 lemon, the juice
salt and pepper

Instructions

Cut the wrappers diagonally in two to triangles. Spread on a baking tray and spray with some oil spray, turn over and spray again. Sprinkle the yellow leaves with coarse salt; the white ones with Italian herb mixture.

Bake at 200°C for 6-7 minutes.

For the tomato dip chop the tomatoes, basil leaves and garlic and mix with some olive oil, season well. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

For the avocado dip mash the avocados and mix immediately with the lemon juice. Season well and mix with the chopped onion.

Serve the chips with the dips and with drinks.
