Wine and gorgonzola sauce recipe details
Ingredients
300 ml | dry white wine |
260 ml | double cream |
2 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |
115 g | Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook white wine in a saucepan over high heat until reduced by half.Reduce heat and add cream. Cook until reduced by one-third.
Add parmesan and gorgonzola and stir until cheeses has melted and sauce becomes creamy.
