Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 can pickled jalapenos
- 3 pounds bottom round roast
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 4 apples
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 3 hours | Extra time: 10 mins, resting1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a 13×9-inch deep dish pan put the roast in with the pickled jalapenos, season with garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste. Cooked covered for 3 hours or until tender enough to fall apart with a fork.
3. When it is tender, drain some of the juice and serve over a bed of coleslaw mix and sliced apples. Great finger food or served on a hard bun. Enjoy!
