White wine and honey marinade recipe details
Ingredients
180 ml | white wine, dry |
60 ml | olive oil |
60 ml | honey |
2 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
1 tbsp | canned green peppercorns, dried |
3 | bay leaves |
1 tsp | coriander seeds, crushed |
2 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
1 tsp | thyme, dried |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. It makes about 375 ml.This marinade is suitable for lamb and pork. Marinate several hours or overnight. Brush with marinade during cooking.
