Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 cups mashed white sweet potatoes
- 3/4 cups melted butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Topping
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cups corn flake crumbs
- 3/4 cups melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation method
Prep: 25 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Combine potatoes, butter, eggs, sugar, milk, and spices.
3. Pour in 2 quart casserole.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then combine topping and put over top of casserole and brown in oven for 10 minutes.
