White cupcakes recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | flour |
400 g | sugar |
1 ½ tsp | baking powder |
¼ tsp | salt |
60 g | butter |
2 medium | eggs, beaten |
180 ml | milk |
¼ tsp | vanilla |
Instructions
In a bowl beat flour, milk, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and eggs just until ingredients are moistened and the batter is smooth.Spoon batter evenly into baking cups, filling each two-thirds full.
Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool for 1 hour or until completely cool.
