Ingredients

200 g	flour
400 g	sugar
1 ½ tsp	baking powder
¼ tsp	salt
60 g	butter
2 medium	eggs, beaten
180 ml	milk
¼ tsp	vanilla

Instructions

In a bowl beat flour, milk, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and eggs just until ingredients are moistened and the batter is smooth.

Spoon batter evenly into baking cups, filling each two-thirds full.

Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool for 1 hour or until completely cool.
