White chocolate orange cookies recipe details
Ingredients
230 g | flour |
¾ tsp | baking soda |
½ tsp | salt |
230 g | butter |
60 g | white sugar |
100 g | brown sugar |
1 large | egg |
2 tsp | grated orange peel |
350 g | white chocolate chips |
80 g | walnuts, chopped |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Combine flour, baking soda and salt together. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and grated orange peel. Add the flour mixture to butter mixture and stir well.
Add white chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
Drop batter by tablespoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack.
