White chocolate mousse recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | white chocolate, chopped |
4 medium | egg yolks |
cinnamon | |
1 tbsp | rum |
3 leaves | gelatin |
200 g | whipping cream |
Instructions
Soak the gelatin in cold water. Melt the chocolate.Whisk the egg yolks with cinnamon and the rum over a hot water bath until creamy. Whisk in the chocolate. Take from the water bath. Squeeze out the gelatin, add to the still warm mousse and stir until dissolved. Cool until starting to set.
Whisk the cream until stiff. Fold into the mousse. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
