Whisky ice cream recipe details
Ingredients
5 | egg yolks |
165 g | sugar |
400 ml | whipping cream |
200 ml | milk |
½ | vanilla pod, scratched out pulp |
150 ml | whisky |
Instructions
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until thickened.Heat the cream with milk and vanilla pulp on low heat. Whisk in the egg mixture. Let cool down and stir in the whisky.
Put in the freezer for about 12 hours.
