Watermelon pudding recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | watermelon, peeled, cut into chunks |
50 g | sugar |
40 g | cornstarch |
1 pinch(es) | cinnamon, ground |
40 g | chocolate chips |
Instructions
Purée watermelon until smooth.Combine the watermelon purée, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan and stir until the cornstarch completely dissolves. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let boil for 2-3 minutes until the pudding is bright red. Stir in cinnamon.
Pour into 4 serving dishes and stir in chocolate pieces. Refrigerate until well chilled.
