Vitamin tea recipe details
Ingredients
3 tbsp | black tea |
4 tsp | honey |
4 tsp | lemon juice |
1 piece(s) | vanilla pod |
1 | cinnamon stick |
1 | lemon, peeled |
1 l | water |
Instructions
Boil water in a pot and add black tea, vanilla and the cinnamon stick. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.Put a teaspoon of honey into each of 4 glasses together with a slice of lemon and a teaspoon of the lemon juice. Strain the tea into the glasses and serve immediately.
