Turkey and vegetable casserole recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | turkey escalopes, cut into stripes |
500 g | mixed vegetables of your choice, trimmed and in bite-sized pieces |
400 g | crème fraîche |
200 g | single cream |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
125 ml | vegetable stock |

Instructions
You should use preferable firm vegetables as cauliflower, beans, bell peppers, carrots, fennel and so on.Preheat the oven to 200°C. Combine the turkey and vegetables in a buttered casserole dish. Whisk the crème fraîche with the single cream and the stock. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the meat and vegetables and bake for 30-40 minutes.
