Ingredients

500 g turkey escalopes, cut into stripes
500 g mixed vegetables of your choice, trimmed and in bite-sized pieces
400 g crème fraîche
200 g single cream
salt and freshly ground black pepper
125 ml vegetable stock
butter

Instructions

You should use preferable firm vegetables as cauliflower, beans, bell peppers, carrots, fennel and so on.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Combine the turkey and vegetables in a buttered casserole dish. Whisk the crème fraîche with the single cream and the stock. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the meat and vegetables and bake for 30-40 minutes.
