Pumpkin and plum jam recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | plums, halved and stones removed |
500 g | pumpkin flesh, diced |
1 small | piece of ginger, grated |
1 kg | jam sugar |
Instructions
Put the plums and the pumpkin with the sugar and the ginger into a saucepan and bring over low heat slowly to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes, then purée the mixture and bring to a boil again.Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal. Store at a dark and cool place.
