Ingredients
8 | ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped |
4 | shallots, finely chopped |
3 tbsp | extra vergin olive oil |
3 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped |
sea salt |
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the tomatoes with shallots and garlic, add the oil and season with salt. Toss and set aside for at least two hours at room temperature.Before serving, check seasoning and add more salt if necessary.
