Tomato and onion raita recipe details
Ingredients
6 tbsp | low fat plain yoghurt |
1 | firm red tomato |
1 | onion |
1 | cucumber |
1 pinch(es) | ground cumin |
1 dash(es) | fresh lemon juice |
Instructions
Seed the tomato and cucumber, then chop into small cubes. Finely chop the onion. Stir the vegetables into the yoghurt and mix in the cumin and lemon juice.Refrigerate until required.
Tasty and refreshing, goes well with any meat or fish dish. Cools down a hot curry!
