Toffee/White Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe

- Ingredients
- 4-1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 cups lightly packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- One 10-ounce bag almond toffee bits
- One 12-ounce bag white chocolate chips
In a bowl stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl or mixer cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until well-blended. Stir in toffee bits and white chocolate chips. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 13 minutes or until lightly browned.
