Ingredients
120 ml | vegetable oil |
80 g | flour |
1 l | milk |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | pepper |
Instructions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over low heat. Whisk in the flour and cook and stir until slightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.
Gradually stir in milk and keep whisking so that no lumps form, and continue cooking and stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
