The noble holiday quiche recipe, recipe Rating: 4.6

Ingredients:
1 frozen 9-inch deep pie shell
1 can of cream of mushroom soup or cream of asparagus soup
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)
1 cup grated, sharp white cheddar cheese
4 jumbo eggs (5 large)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Pre-bake pie shell for 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Done when center is “set” and pie tester comes out clean.
