Tea ice cream recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | refined sugar |
50 g | tea leaves with good flavour |
30 g | cornflour |
900 ml | fresh milk |
280 ml | water |
Instructions
Heat water and remove quickly when boiling. Put tea leaves into a sief inside a teapot and pour boiling water into teapot. Infuse for about 10 minutes. Strain off infusion and keep aside.Boil milk. Mix sugar thoroughly with cornflour and add to boiled milk. Let mixture simmer for about10 minutes stirring continuously.
Remove from fire, add tea infusion, stir and freeze overnight.
