|3 medium||egg white|
|750 g||icing sugar|
|1 tbsp||lemon juice|
InstructionsIn a bowl, combine the butter, sugar, flour, vanilla sugar and the egg. Knead until the dough binds together. Shape to a ball, wrap into foil and cool for 30 minutes.
Thinly roll out the pastry and cut out rounds. Divide the cookies on lined baking trays. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool.
Mix the icing sugar with lemon juice and egg whites until a smooth glaze forms. Coat the cookies with the lemon glaze.
