Tagliatelle in a Creamy Sauce recipe

Ingredients
400 g | tagliatelle |
1 | onion, chopped |
150 g | peas |
150 g | mascarpone |
2 tsp | curry powder |
salt | |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and sautee the onions and peas for a few minutes. Add a little water and pour in the Mascarpone. Season to taste with salt and curry powder.
Add the cooked tagliatelle and toss. Serve immediately.
