- Ingredients
- One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 pint (1 cup) heavy whipping cream
- One 9-inch graham cracker crust
- Fresh strawberries
Instructions:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add in powdered sugar, vanilla, almond extract, and cream. Beat until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate until firm (8 or more hours). Garnish with fresh, sliced strawberries just before serving.
