Ingredients
500 g | mascarpone cheese |
3 large | eggs, separated |
80 g | sugar |
1 tbsp | vanilla |
300 g | strawberries |
1 | banana |
50 ml | whipping cream |
To serve: | |
strawberry syrup | |
almonds, grated | |
semisweet chocolate, grated |
Instructions
Combine cream, strawberries and banana in a blender and process until smooth.Beat together the yolk and the sugar until mixture is thick and pale. Then add the mascarpone and the vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
Add blended fruit to the mascarpone mixture and combine well.
In another bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into mascaprone mixture.
Fill mixture into a large dessert dish and place in the freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Serve with strawberry syrup, almonds and grated chocolate.
