- Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
- One 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (1/2 teaspoon for high altitude)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
Melt butter; add flour and cook until smooth. Beat eggs; add milk, cheeses, baking powder, sugar, and butter mixture. Stir in green onions. Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
