Ingredients
1 kg | chopped spinach |
250 g | ricotta cheese |
2 | eggs |
50 g | flour |
100 g | crumbled Feta cheese |
100 g | grated Gouda cheese |
100 g | grated Cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper | |
nutmeg | |
cayenne pepper |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175°C.Mix the Ricotta with the eggs and the flour, then mix in the spinach, the Feta, the Gouda and the Cheddar. Season with pepper, nutmeg, cayenne pepper and salt, but be careful with the salt, because of the salty cheeses.
Spoon the mixture into a large shallow greased casserole dish, flatten and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
