Ingredients

400 g	noodles, cooked, leftovers
½ bunch(es)	parsley, chopped
1	lemon, the juice and 1/2 tsp of grated peel
2	red hot chili peppers, seeded and chopped
1	red apple, peeled, cored and sliced
2	smoked trout fillets
2 tbsp	oil
2 tbsp	butter
	salt and freshly ground black pepper
1	red onion, sliced

Instructions

Mix the oil with chilies, parsley, lemon zest, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Season to taste with salt.

In a pan heat the butter. Add the noodles and stir-fry for a minute. Add the onions and the apples and cook until the onions are soft. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces. Divide the noodles on the plates. Top with the fish and serve sprinkled with the chili sauce.
