Ingredients
| 400 g | noodles, cooked, leftovers |
| ½ bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
| 1 | lemon, the juice and 1/2 tsp of grated peel |
| 2 | red hot chili peppers, seeded and chopped |
| 1 | red apple, peeled, cored and sliced |
| 2 | smoked trout fillets |
| 2 tbsp | oil |
| 2 tbsp | butter |
| salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
| 1 | red onion, sliced |
Instructions
Mix the oil with chilies, parsley, lemon zest, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Season to taste with salt.In a pan heat the butter. Add the noodles and stir-fry for a minute. Add the onions and the apples and cook until the onions are soft. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces. Divide the noodles on the plates. Top with the fish and serve sprinkled with the chili sauce.
