Ingredients
- Fish fillet – 250 grams
- Egg white- 1
- Green chilies – 4
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Mustard powder – 1\2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1\2 tsp
- Oregano – 1\2 tsp
- Pakistani Chinese salt – 1\4 tsp
- Rice flour – 2 tbsp
- breadcrumbs – as required
- Salt – ½ tsp
- ginger/garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Blend garlic , green chilies, mustard , oregano, black pepper, Chinese salt, salt, red chilies, ginger/ garlic and fish in a blender
- Take out mixture in a bowl; add rice flour and mix well
- If mixture sticks to palms lightly, wet palm with oil or water
- Put mixture in a plastic bag ; press with hands to flatten it
- Place bag on a glass platter; bake at 180 in an oven for 2 minutes; remove cut and into square pieces
- Coat fish fillet first with breadcrumbs then egg white
- Heat oil in frying pan; fry fish pieces till golden, take out on paper towel
