Ingredients

  1. Fish fillet – 250 grams
  2. Egg  white- 1
  3. Green  chilies –  4
  4. Garlic  –  4   cloves
  5. Black  pepper powder – 1 tsp
  6. Mustard powder –   1\2  tsp
  7. Red chilli  powder – 1\2 tsp
  8. Oregano – 1\2  tsp
  9. Pakistani Chinese salt – 1\4 tsp
  10. Rice flour – 2  tbsp
  11. breadcrumbs – as required
  12. Salt – ½ tsp
  13. ginger/garlic paste – 1 tsp
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Blend  garlic ,  green chilies,  mustard , oregano, black  pepper,  Chinese salt, salt,  red  chilies, ginger/ garlic  and fish  in a blender
  2. Take out  mixture  in  a  bowl;  add  rice  flour and  mix  well
  3. If  mixture sticks  to  palms  lightly, wet  palm  with  oil  or  water
  4. Put  mixture  in  a  plastic  bag ; press  with  hands to  flatten it
  5. Place bag  on a  glass  platter;  bake at  180     in  an  oven  for 2  minutes; remove cut  and into square   pieces
  6. Coat  fish  fillet  first  with  breadcrumbs  then egg  white
  7. Heat  oil  in frying  pan;  fry  fish  pieces  till  golden, take out on paper  towel
