Spaghetti with Turkey and Vegetables recipe

Ingredients
100 g | spaghetti |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
150 g | turkey breast, sliced |
1 tbsp | oil |
1 tbsp | onion, chopped |
20 g | spinach |
1 tsp | tomato puree |
45 ml | tomato juice |
100 g | cherry tomatoes, quartered |
1 tbsp | olives, sliced |
1 tsp | basil, chopped |
sugar | |
1 tbsp | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain.
Fry the meat in hot oil from all sides. Stir in the onion and the spinach and sauté. Add the tomato purée, the tomato juice, the olives and the cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
Add the cooked spaghetti and toss. Serve sprinkled with basil and Parmesan cheese.
