Ingredients

1 kg mustard, regular
250 ml beer
125 ml apple cider vinegar
8 tbsp brown sugar
125 ml tomato paste
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp freshly ground pepper
2 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat over medium heat until sauce begins to thicken.

Serve warm or cold.

Use this to baste chicken, pork, or beef before and during grilling on the Barbeque. This sauce can be kept in the refrigerator for weeks.
