- Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hinesbutter cake mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup nuts
- Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 4 Tablespoons melted butter
Mix cake mix, sugar, oil, water, sour cream, and vanilla together. Add eggs. Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased and floured tube pan. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Sprinkle 1/2 of cinnamon/sugar mixture over batter in pan. Add remainder of cake mixture and remainder of cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.
Mix glaze ingredients together and pour over cake.
