Ingredients
250 g | butter |
300 g | sugar |
2 medium | eggs |
300 g | flour |
3 tsp | cream of tartar |
1 tsp | baking soda |
½ tsp | salt |
For the sugar and cinnamon mixture: | |
100 g | sugar |
100 g | cinnamon |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Combine butter, sugar, and eggs in a bowl and mix well. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
Refrigerate dough for an hour to chill.
Meanwhile mix together cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and set aside.
Roll the dough into small balls and roll each ball in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
