Ingredients
8 slices English Muffin bread
4 eggs
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups Rice Krispiescereal, crushed lightly
Cinnamon to taste

Instructions:

Beat eggs, milk, and vanilla. Dip each slice of bread in liquid mixture. Roll bread in crushed cereal and place on sprayed cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, turn toast over, sprinkle with cinnamon, and bake for 10 minutes more.
