Ingredients
4 tbsp | sesame seeds |
2 tbsp | peanut butter |
2 tbsp | light soy sauce |
1 tbsp | sesame oil |
1 tbsp | hoisin sauce |
1 tbsp | tomato puree |
2 tbsp | brown sugar |
2 tbsp | rice wine |
150 ml | vegetable stock |
Instructions
In a pan heat the sesame seeds until fragrant. Allow to cool and grind in a mortar.In a saucepan heat the stock and whisk in all the other ingredients until the sauce is smooth and well combined. Heat gently, but donít allow to boil.
Serve with chicken satay or beef satay.
