Simple beef kabob marinade recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Lawrys season salt (or regular salt)
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Dash of hot sauce

Instructions

Mix all ingredients well.

Prepare the meat by cutting it in cubes. Use quality meat.

Marinade beef for at least 4 hours, up to 8 hours.

Skewer with whole new potatoes, cubed green and red peppers, and onions.

Grill and baste.
