Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons Lawrys season salt (or regular salt)
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Dash of hot sauce
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well.
Prepare the meat by cutting it in cubes. Use quality meat.
Marinade beef for at least 4 hours, up to 8 hours.
Skewer with whole new potatoes, cubed green and red peppers, and onions.
Grill and baste.
