Ingredients1. Bisquick baking mix (3/4c)
2. eggs (3)
3. milk (1 1/2c)
4. shredded Gruyere cheese (1 1/4c)
5. frozen baby peas, thawed and drained (1c)
6. dried thyme leaves (1tsp)
7. sliced green onion (1/4c)
8. frozen cooked shrimp, thawed (1pkg. about 6 oz)
9. grated parmesan cheese (1/4c)
10. pepper (1/8tsp)
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take a pie plate of 10 inches and grease it and then keep it aside. Thoroughly drained the peas and thawed shrimp.
2. Place the drained shrimp, onions, peas and Gruyere cheese in greased pie plate and then dust the thyme leaves over the cheese.
3. Take a bowl of medium size, beat eggs, milk, baking mix and peppers in it until they get well blended. Then pour this mixture into the pie plate and dust the parmesan cheese over it.
4. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it for about 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Bake the pie until it gets puffed and changes to golden brown in color. Take out the pie from oven and keep it for about 5 minutes to cool and then cut it into slices and serve it.
