Ingredients
2 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | flour |
240 ml | milk |
1 | chicken stock cubes |
1 tbsp | dry sherry |
1 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
Instructions
Combine milk, stock, sherry, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan and cook over low heat. stirring, until stock is dissolved.Melt butter in another saucepan, add flour and stir until smooth.
Add Milk mixture and cook for another 2 minutes, whilst stirring.
