|1 tbsp||dry sherry|
|1 tbsp||Dijon mustard|
|1 tsp||Worcestershire sauce|
Combine milk, stock, sherry, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan and cook over low heat. stirring, until stock is dissolved.
Melt butter in another saucepan, add flour and stir until smooth.
Add Milk mixture and cook for another 2 minutes, whilst stirring.
