Ingredients

140 ml condensed milk, unsweetened
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 small onion, minced, optional

Instructions

Combine milk, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in vinegar and onions. Toss with lettuce and serve.
