500 g | conch, cleaned, pounded and cut into 1 cm pieces |
340 g | flour, sifted |
2 | onions, minced |
2 | green bell peppers, minced |
1 | egg, beaten |
2 stalks | celery, minced |
15 g | baking powder |
dash(es) | freshly ground pepper, hot sauce, salt |
vegetable oil |
Instructions
Make a stiff batter with egg, flour, baking powder, seasonings and little water.Mix additional ingredients and let batter sit for 15 minutes.
Deep fry fritters in vegetable oil until golden.
