Ingredients
2 tbsp | plain flour |
20 g | butter |
2 medium | egg yolks from hard boiled eggs, sieved |
300 ml | milk |
1 tbsp | malt vinegar |
5 tsp | mustard powder |
some | salt and white pepper |
Instructions
Melt the butter and stir in the flour and gently cook for 1 minute.Remove from the heat and mix in the egg yolks and mix everything to a smooth paste.
Gradually add the milk whilst keeping stirring. Return to the heat and simmer for another minute, keeping stirring.
Leave to cool and then add the vinegar and seasonings.
