Ingredients
1 kg | potatoes, cut into wedges |
100 ml | vegetable oil |
1 tbsp | oregano, ground |
1 tbsp | cumin, ground |
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 200˚C.Blanch wedges in boiling water for four minutes. Drain and allow to cool.
Put the spices into a large bowl and toss the wedges to coat evenly. Add the oil and coat the potato wedges.
Place wedges on an oven tray and cook for 45 minutes.
