Russian chocolate cheesecake recipe details
Ingredients
For the crust:: | |
125 g | butter |
125 g | sugar |
1 medium | egg |
250 g | flour |
25 g | cocoa powder |
1 tbsp | baking soda |
For the Cream Filling: | |
500 g | curd cheese |
2 tsp | vanilla extract |
2 medium | eggs |
125 g | butter |
125 g | sugar |
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients for the crust.Grease a springform with butter and preheat oven to 180°C.
Use 3/4 of the dough to press firmly on the bottom of the form.
Mix together all ingredients for the filling and pour onto the chocolate crust. Take the remaining dough and tear it into pieces. Place those pieces on top of the filling.
Bake for 60 minutes and place on a wire rack to cool. Loosen form when completely cooled.
