Roasted red pepper impossible pie recipe details
Ingredients1. Bisquick baking mix (3/4c)
2. bacon slices (12)
3. eggs, beaten (3)
4. chopped green onion (1/4c)
5. dried thyme leaves (1/2tsp)
6. milk (1c)
7. feta cheese (1/2c)
8. chopped roasted red bell peppers (1/2c).
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees f. Take a pie plate of 9 inches and grease it.
2. Take a saucepan, cook bacon in it until it gets crispy and then drain it on paper towel and crush it. Place the cooked bacon, red bell peppers and onions in greased pie plate and then dust the cheese over it.
3. Take a bowl of medium size, mix the remaining ingredients in it until they get blended properly. Then pour this blended mixture over the cheese in pie plate.
4. Place the plate in oven and bake it for 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Bake it until the pie gets puffed and the tooth pick inserted in the center of pie comes out clean.
